We had a wonderful stay at Daisy's Cottage in Blaenau Ffestiniog. The cottage was warm and cosy, perfect for our family of three and our dog. It had everything we needed, and we even discovered a great area for our dog to run around just across the rail tracks. The location was superb, with easy access to lots of walks right from the doorstep. We hardly needed our car during our stay. The cottage itself was clean and very comfortable, with all necessary amenities provided. In good weather, the mountain walks and views were a highlight.

The nearest airport is conveniently located far away from this place. The holiday home had a cable TV, which was great for avoiding any actual interaction with others. Towels were provided, so I didn't have to bring my own.

The town itself seemed very quiet in off-peak season, we had a great day out in bets-y-coed just 20 minutes down the road. Some detailed instructions for finding the house once you've reached the right road would have been useful, as it's not easy to see the number/name.
